“After calling Peters Associates early a.m. on a day that the temperature was going to reach close to 100 degrees and explained to them that I had an elderly person staying with us and that my air conditioner had just stopped working they were at our home in less than 2 hours, Craig the service technician they sent was super nice, diagnosed and fixed the issue within 1/2 hour, which I feel saved us hundreds of dollars.
